How to configure weekly alerts?

This document describes how to configure weekly alerts for users in your Compliance Report section.

In the compliance report landing page, we have a new settings icon. It allows you to set up e-mail alerts based on your reports' information.
If you don't see this icon, it means that you have the basic version of the Compliance Report product: the alert feature is reserved for beneficiaries of the advanced version of the Compliance Report: the ACM. You also have to be admin of your organisation to use it.

When clicking on this icon a new page will appear where you will have the possibility to configure which users from your organisation will receive emails once a week about the overall compliance status of your organisation. 

This alert covers all the properties (reports) you have launched.

Click on the "Notified Users" selector.

You will be prompted with a list of all the users under your organisation. You can now select one or multiple users who will receive the alerts. 

When you've finished the selection, click outside the box and save.
