Single Page Application support

Our SDK can be embedded into SPAs without any issue (we embed it in two Angular apps internally and in privacy centers). It is designed to be able to work in very adverse environments without polluting the global DOM and impacting the website it is embedded on. There is nothing specific when embedding it in SPAs (it's the same tag and APIs).
