How to add vendors to my notice? Are they automatically added?

 

After having run the compliance report, the vendors are not automatically added to your Consent Notice. Instead, you must select them to declare them in your consent banner.

You need to go to your consent notice’s configuration: 

  1. 1. Regulation
  2. Click on the regulation in question
  3. Click on the “Edit & vendor” blue button
  4. Type the vendor name then select the vendor name from the list.
  5. Click on the orange Save button
  6. To check > click on the "with the eye" button to preview your consent notice THEN
  7. Republish the consent notice in part 3. Publish so that the changes are taken into account.

If the vendor name does not appear in our proposed vendor list or you wish to create your own custom vendor, you can create your custom vendor in the Data Manager section or in the “Edit vendors & purpose” step and repeat points 4. > 7.

If you have subscribed to Didomi's vendor sync feature, you can also make a direct link between the vendors detected in your Compliance Report and the list of vendors declared in your consent banner, via a vendors' list.
