How to get access to the Tickets Customer Portal ?

How can you have access to your ticket customer portal and see the status of your tickets with our support team at Didomi.

This guide will walk you through the process of accessing your customer portal, where you can easily manage and view your support tickets.

Steps to Access the Customer Portal:

1. Visit the Help Center:

   - Navigate to our Help Center homepage.

2. Go to Customer Portal:

   - Click on the "Go to Customer Portal" link available on the Help Center.

3. Sign In:

   - Use your professional email address to sign in. 
   - If you are accessing the portal for the first time, you may need to set up your login credentials and click on the "Register here" link to create your login.

4. View Your Tickets:

- Once signed in, you will see a list of your support tickets.

- You can filter these tickets by different criteria:

  • View: Choose to see all tickets created by you or by your company.

  • Status: Filter tickets to see which ones are open or closed.

Managing Your Tickets:

- Viewing Details: Click on a ticket to see more details and the associated conversations.

- Replying to Tickets: You can respond to any open tickets directly through the portal.

Additional Features:

- Filtering Options: Use the filters to customize your ticket view, making it easier to find specific tickets or statuses.

- Ticket Details: Each ticket will show details such as ID, subject, creation date, last activity date, and status.

- Logging Out: To log out of the portal, click "Sign out" at the top right corner.
